WHAT
Sadhana is a daily spiritual practice.
A purification on all levels.
Kundalini technique typically consists of breathwork, rhythmic movement, mantra, mudra, and meditation.
Every day we will practice meditation & physical warm ups, before leading into the kriya sequence.
In the tradition of Kundalini Yoga, sadhana is typically held around 3am for 2.5hrs so this a modern & more accessible way to incorporate a daily spiritual practice.
True transformation requires a level of discipline and dedication, and an insight into our blocks & patterns.
It is a chance to rewrite our reality.
Do it with love.

Sadhana is scientifically proven to lead to positive structural brain changes.
According to yogic philosophy, 40-days is the time taken to develop a new habit.
Allow the magic of the practice to be revealed through your consistency.
Experiencing the full effects of the kriya in the quantum field takes commitment. In time, the mysticism of how life responds will reveal itself.
To get superpowers we must be prepared to face our resistance every day, to overcome fear, to breakthrough to our highest potential.
I am here to guide + support + encourage you every step of the way.

What else do I need to know?
Intend to go the whole way.
Cultivate a sincere intention to motivate you on this journey.
Journal! It will be amazing when you unearth the gems of your subconscious mind.
As we are detoxing the body, the effects of alcohol or ANY stimulants will be intensified.
Become mindful of your consumption. Traditional sadhana involves avoiding sugar, caffeine, meats etc. Consider limiting your exposure to toxins.
You are welcome to practice at the time of day that suits you - though first thing is advised to optimise brainwave states.
Try not to speak too soon about the effects of the kriya. Just experience the benefits secretly + keep with it…
