Sadhana is a daily spiritual practice.
A purification on all levels.
Kundalini kriya (technique) typically consists of breathwork, rhythmic movement, mantra, mudra, and meditation.
We’ll practice a powerful kriya for Green Energy: all about the Heart, Prosperity, Creativity for 33-days, 75-min per day.
In the tradition of Kundalini Yoga, sadhana is typically held at 3am for 2.5hrs so this a modern & more accessible way to incorporate a daily spiritual practice.

Cultivate a sincere intention to motivate you on this journey.
Journal! It will be amazing when you unearth the gems of your subconscious mind.
As we are detoxing the body, the effects of alcohol or ANY stimulants will be intensified.
Become mindful of your consumption. Traditional sadhana involves avoiding sugar, caffeine, meats etc. Consider limiting your exposure to toxins.
You are welcome to practice at the time of day that suits you - though first thing is advised to optimise brainwave states. Replays will be available for 1 month after.
Try not to speak too soon about the effects of the kriya. Just experience the benefits secretly + keep with it…
